Denair won the bid on this project by offering more efficient solution to the equipment required. Based on our value engineering approach and experience, we suggested alternative equipment, which reduced construction costs and energy consumption for the users. We supplied and installed heat pumps, duct units, exhaust hood, air curtains and exhaust fans. For this project we fabricated ductworks, including spiral and kitchen and successfully installed as well as volume, blade, back draft, fire/smoke, motorized and air economizer auto dampers. We arranged the installation of walk-in cooler and freezer. Provided new piping, including condensate and condenser water S&R piping. We installed all necessary thermostats, sensors, detectors and control wiring. In the end of the project, we carried out air test and balancing providing certified report and all supporting documents such as shop and as-built drawings.
