This renovation project required relocation of FCU units and existing condensate and condenser water S7R piping. Denair HVAC, also, produced and installed new ductworks and volume dampers. Maintenance to existing FCU units was provided including vacuum clean and filter replacement. Air balance with certified report was done upon completion of the project.
