We installed all necessary thermostats, sensors, detectors and control wiring. In the end of the project, we carried out air test and balancing providing certified report and all supporting documents such as shop and as-built drawings.

Renovation of the 5th floor in IMG building required demolition as specified and installation of new exhaust fans, radiators, ductwork and volume and fire dampers. By the end of the project, Denair HVAC NYC carried out air test and balancing and submitted certified report.
